-同社は2023年6月1日にSSW PartnersからVeoneer Active Safetyの買収を完了した。Veoneerは、アクティブセーフティ統合システム、レーダー、カメラシステム、車内キャビン感知システム、熱感知システム、光検出システムなどのアクティブセーフティ製品のグローバルサプライヤーです。Veoneerの買収額は14億3,800万ドル。Veoneerの事業は、Magnaのパワー&ビジョン事業部門に統合される。

2014年02月	Magna ExteriorsとChongqing Guangneng Rongneng Trimは、中国で折半出資による合弁会社を設立。
2014年09月	Tata AutoComp Systemsと、折半出資による合弁会社を設立することで合意。商用車メーカーおよびバスメーカーにシートシステムを納入する。
