沿革

1956年	Willi Seeber氏がBozen地方のRentschにSeeber S.r.L.を設立。
1986年	RochlingがSeeber S.r.L.を買収。
1992/93年	RochlingがBASF/Elastogran KunststofftechnikのWorms工場及びKastグループを買収。
1997/98年	Seeber AG & Co. KGをドイツMannheimに設立。
2000年	ブラジルDiademaに合弁会社Seeber Fastplasを設立。イタリアTrentoに生産工場を新設。イタリアTorinoにエンジニアリング事務所および生産拠点を新設。
2001年	エンジンルーム、アンダーボディー、内装向けにエンジニアリングセンターを3カ所設立。中国長春市に合弁会社を設立。スペインAraiaに合弁会社を設立。
2003年	ドイツWormsに工場を新設。ドイツHattorfに工場を新設。
2004年	中国長春に工場を新設。
2005年	中国長春に工場を追加設立。 Seeber Belgiumを完全子会社化。
2014年	Wackersdorfの新工場が操業開始。
2014年	中国昆山 (Kunshan) に開設した新工場が生産開始。
2016年	ドイツのWormsで新技術センターの建設を開始。
2016年	日本に合弁会社を設立。
2017年9月	スペインで2番目となる工場を開設。中国瀋陽に3百万ユーロを投じて工場を新設。
2019年5月	河西工業にドイツWolfsburg-Hattorf工場を売却する契約を締結。
2019年7月	スロバキアKocovceに新工場を設立。
2020年5月	Röchling Direct Manufacturing Center (RDMC)をWaldachtalに設立
