沿革

2005年 WL Ross & Co., LLC とFranklin Mutual Advisers, LLCがCollins & Aikmanの欧州事業を買収し、同グループを設立。
2006年 Lear Corporationの欧州内装事業を買収。
三ツ星ベルト化成品 (三ツ星ベルトの子会社) を買収。IAC Japan Co., Ltd.に社名変更し、アジアに進出。
2007年 Lear Corporationの北米内装事業を買収。
Collins & Aikmanの北米カーペット・音響部門を買収。
2008年 Visteonから英国のHalewood工場を買収。
2009年 ドイツの遮音材、制振材、吸音材、フロアカバー等のメーカーであるStankiewicz GmbHとGimotive GmbHの一部事業を買収。
2010年 米国アラバマ州Annistonに本拠を置く、自動車内装部品メーカーAMPRO Molding, LLCを買収。
2011年 インドNew Delhiに本拠を置くMultivac India Private Limitedの自動車事業を買収。
マレーシアの自動車内装部品メーカーAPM Automotive Holdings Berhadとの間で、マレーシアおよびタイにそれぞれ合弁会社を設立。
米国テキサス州のReyes Holdings, LLPと合弁会社｢Reyes Automotive Group II (RAG II)｣を設立。
2013年 南アフリカのトリム部品メーカーFeltex Automotiveと合弁会社「IAC-Feltex Pty Limited (IAC-Feltex)」を設立し、南アフリカ市場に初進出。
2016年12月 中国企業のShendaとソフトトリムおよび防音関連部品の合弁会社を設立
2017年06月 インドのPuneにエンジニアリングセンターを新設。
2017年10月 ポーランドのOpoleにカスタム仕様の内装部品向け工場を開設。
2018年03月 チェコのPresticeにプレミアム・ドアパネルの生産工場を開設。
2018年06月 メキシコSanta Catarinaで新工場の起工式を行った。
2018年08月 インドManesarに新しい自動車部品工場を開設。
