-同社は、インストルメントパネル、コンソール、ドアパネルなどの内装システム・部品の大手グローバルサプライヤー。また、バンパーフェイシアや外装トリムなどの部品も開発・提供している。

-2005年10月、WL Ross & Co., LLC とFranklin Mutual Advisers, LLCがCollins & Aikmanの欧州事業を買収し、同グループを設立。その後、2006年10月にLear Corporationの欧州内装事業も買収し、事業が拡大。
