-The Company designs, produces, and sells components, systems and modules for the automotive and commercial vehicle industries, focusing on the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, and the development of technologies to support increases in assisted, autonomous, safer, connected and intelligent mobility. Through its Move Up strategic plan, the Company aims to capitalize on megatrends in the automotive industry including increased electrification, more intuitive driving assistance systems, reinvented interior, and new use cases for lighting systems.

Formed joint venture with V. Johnson Enterprises called Detroit Thermal Systems (DTS) to acquire the climate control business of Automotive Components Holdings (ACH).
