Overheads and soft trim -Development and manufacturing of  overheads systems, especially headliner substrates and integrated modular systems, and integrated sun visors. The global leader in overhead systems, with approximately 23% market share.
The Company also achieved a leading position across regions in overhead systems, with a 34% market share in Europe, 61% market share in South America, and a 34% market share in North America.
The leader in Europe in sun visors, with a 35% market share.
Doors and Cockpits

-Development and manufacturing of door system products, including door panels, pillars, window regulators, trunks and rear hatches as well as seat latches.

-Development and manufacturing cockpit modules, including instrument panels, center consoles and glove boxes.

In Europe, market shares of 19% and 22% for door panels and window regulators, respectively.
In South America, market shares of over 12% for window regulators.
Lighting & HMI and Electronic Systems -Development and manufacturing of interior lighting solutions including overhead consoles, reading lamps, multi-purpose lamps and ambient lighting as well as exterior solutions such as daytime running lamps, center high-mounted stop lamps, and direction, position and license plate indicators. History

1950's The Antolin family founded a workshop in the town of Burgos that specialized in brakes and steering.
1959 Launched the firm ANSA, dedicated to the production of vehicle steering joints and suspension units.
1967 Established firms dedicated to the production of seats, door panels, headlinings, and mechanical devices.
1985 Grupo Antolin was launched and consolidated companies.
1990's- Established 46 plants and 13 technical and commercial offices worldwide, situated in the automobile industry's major decision making areas.
Jan. 1998 Sold a 50% share in its pressed metal assembly business, Irametal to focus on interiors.
Dec. 1999 Grupo Antolin-Vosges SAS in France acquired Meritor's sun-visor operation in Rupt-sur-Moselle (France).
Apr. 2000 Established Grupo Antolin-Kent in UK mainly to manufacture automotive interior trim parts.
AIIPL (India) moved to a new plant located in Ranjangaon in Pune district of India.
May 2000 An agreement with the German company Küster, in order to improve the market position of window regulator and door module.
Acquired the share that Lear had in Autoform Kunststoffteile GmbH & Co KG, controlling now 100% of the Company.
Obtained a share of the IN-SAN company, principal headliner manufacturer in South Korea.
Jul. 2000 Grupo Antolin-North America opened a new Technical Center in Troy-Michigan.
Nov. 2000 Grupo Antolin-Deutschland Opened a new Technical Center at Grupo Antolin-Deutschland in Wolfsburg, Germany to work closely with VW Group.
Jan. 2001 Opened a new plastic facility in Monte La Abadesa (Burgos)  to manufacture panels and other injected products.
May 2001 Established a new plant for the sequence of products to Volkswagen in Navarra.
Jul. 2001 Opened the new R&D center in the Headquarters.
2011 Acquired CML Innovative Technologies, specializing in lighting systems for the automobile.
2012 Acquired Italy-based CRS S.r.l., which specializes in the manufacture of car interior trims.
2013 The Antolin family once again became the company's sole shareholder after the buyback in 2013 of 22.8% of the share capital held by various financial institutions since 2004.
2014 Established Grupo Antolin-Valplas in Valencia, Spain.
The Company and Dongfeng Visteon Wuhan Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd. announced that they will establish a joint venture to produce interior parts in China.
Opened its second factory in Tangier, Morocco, dedicated to sewing seat covers.
Set up a new manufacturing facility in Kansas City, Missouri, U.S.
Acquired the 25% stake held by a minority shareholder in the Russian company Antolin Autotechnika Nizhny Novgorod, Ltd. which carries out the manufacture of headliners, giving it 100% of the shares.
Grupo Antolin India acquired 100% of Indian company Machino Auto Comp Ltd, which carries out plastic injection.
Created Grupo Antolin Tlaxcala (Huamantla) in Mexico.
Jan. 2015 Formed joint venture with Dongfeng Visteon Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd. called Donfeng Antolin (Wuhan) Automotive Trm Co., to manufacture interior components.
Aug. 2015 Acquired interiors business of Magna International Inc.
Jan. 2016 Agreed to acquire entire stake of Silesia Plastic, a plastic injection molding joint venture in Poland.
Aug. 2018 Bought Haselbeck, a plastic injection mould maker based in Germany
Dec. 2018 Entered into a strategic partnership with Walter Pack, the Spanish company that specializes in the design and production of high-quality decorative technical surfaces and parts.
Nov. 2020 Restructured organization with the formation of the Cockpit and Doors business unit, Lighting and HMI business unit, and Electronics business unit.
Mar. 2021 Established a joint venture with Shanghai NAEN Auto Technology to develop advanced integrated electronic products for the car with high degree of integration.
Nov. 2022 Opened a new Global Design and Business Service office in Pune, India, to expand its automotive business in Asia.
