公司历程

1956年	Willi Seeber在Bozen地区的Rentsch成立Seeber S.r.L.。
1986年	Rochling收购Seeber S.r.L.。
1992/93年	Rochling收购BASF/Elastogran Kunststofftechnik的Worms工厂和Kast集团。
1997/98年	Seeber AG & Co. KG在德国Mannheim成立。
2000年	在巴西Diadema成立合资公司Seeber Fastplas。在意大利Trento新建生产工厂。在意大利Torino新成立工程办事处及生产基地。
2001年	成立发动机舱、车身底板、内饰方面的三个工程中心。在中国长春市成立合资公司。在西班牙Araia成立合资公司。
2003年	在德国Worms和Hattorf分别建造工厂。
2004年	在中国长春建造工厂。
2005年	再次在中国长春建造工厂。 Seeber Belgium成为公司的全资子公司。
2014年	在德国Wackersdorf设立新工厂。
2014年	中国昆山的新工厂投入使用。
2016年	德国Worms的新技术中心奠基。
2016年	在日本设立合资公司。
2017年9月	在西班牙开设第二家工厂。投资300万欧元在中国沈阳新建工厂。
2019年5月	签署协议，将德国Wolfsburg-Hattorf工厂出售给河西工业。
2019年7月	在斯洛伐克的Kocovce建设新工厂。
2020年5月	在Waldachtal成立Roechling Direct Manufacturing Center (RDMC)。
