公司历程

1923年02月	在法国成立。
1985年	因Fraymon (西班牙)、Valeo S.p.A. (意大利)、Valeo Inc. (美国)三家公司股份变动，为收购法雷奥集团海外分部的所有股份，特成立子公司Societe Holding International B.V.(荷兰)。成立Valeo Distribution及Societe Holding Valeo do Brasil (巴西)两家子公司。
1986年	出售SCBP group的股份，收购Allevard Industries。
1988年	收购福特巴西基地(Autolatina, Eluma)的汽车与卡车HVAC设备业务。收购原西德方向盘锁止零部件供应商Tibbe KG。收购Clausor 90%的股份。
1989年	收购G. Cartier Systemes(法国)。以15.86亿法郎收购Blackstone Corp.。收购Delanair，改公司名为Valeo Climate Control。
1993年	将合资公司Valeo Pyeong Hwa纳入其全资子公司。成立Valeo Electrical Systems(英国)，1994年纳入子公司。取消对三星(韩国)发动机冷却系统的投资。与精工精机(日本)成立生产销售空调系统用空压机的合资公司(Valeo Seiko Compressors)。
1994年	收购汽车电子产品、信息系统&显示器相关厂商Borg Instruments(德国)。在中国及韩国签署多个合资协议。在美国股市登录American Depositary Receipt(ADR)，赞助者为Citibank。在法国、美国、加拿大、墨西哥、韩国成立新工厂。出售发动机冷却部门Usimolde(巴西)的股份。成立合资公司Nobel Plastiques Climatisation。
1995年	在Athis-de-l'Orne(法国)建设Valeo Friction Materials下属Technical Yarns Div的新工厂。在沙市(中国)设立Valeo Climate Control的新工厂。成立新公司(Valeo Kimasysteme, Valeo Climate Control de Espana, Kimatizacni Systemy Automobilu)。通过Valeo Kimasysteme收购Thermal(德国)。与Siemens AG(德国)就合并双方车载空调业务达成一致。成立Valeo Climatisation。(Valeo79%、Siemens21%) 温度调整应用的电动车业务转移至新合资公司Siemens Automotive Moteurs Electriques(法国)。
1996年	收购车门把手&车锁厂商Fist(意大利)，更名为Valeo Sicurezza Abitacolo。 Valeo Climatisation收购冷却系统厂商Migor(阿根廷)持股52%的子公司II Tevere40%的股份。收购车用锁及防盗业务Ymos(德国)。上海法雷奥汽车电器系统有限公司收购alterations及起动机业务SAEW(中国)30%的股份。出售年销售额3亿法郎的英国windshield washer工厂和德国客车空调系统工厂等非战略业务。
1997年	通过安全系统子公司，收购Univel(法国)。 Valeo Transmission收购Sagar-Richards(英国)。在北美，与Osram Sylvania成立光系统合资公司Valeo Sylvania(法雷奥50%)。在Madras(印度)成立合资公司Amalgamations Valeo Clutch Ltd.(法雷奥50%、Amalgamations Ltd.50%)。为乘用车及卡车生产、销售离合器系统。在Madras(印度)与集团企业Anand合资成立离合器片公司Valeo Friction Materials of India Ltd.。(法雷奥60%). 在南京合资成立离合器生产公司南京法雷奥离合器有限公司。 (法雷奥50%、跃进汽车集团50%)
1998年	以15.6亿欧元的价格收购ITT Industries的汽车电气系统业务。出售法国燃料箱盖&滤清器业务。出售Prismatic(巴西)的前照灯灯片生产业务。出售Motrol(巴西)门闩业务50%的股份。出售德国、意大利的电子显示器系统、燃料箱盖&滤清器业务。
1998年09月	出售ITT Automotive Electrical Systems的雨刮器系统业务。
1999年	出售LuK(德国)50%的股份给INA Holding Schaeffler Group。出售前照灯透镜制造公司Pirsmatic(巴西)。出售门闩厂商Motrol(巴西)50%的股份。出售Siemens Automotive Moteurs Electriques(法国)30%的股份。
1999年07月	以1.5亿欧元收购Mando Machinery Corporation(韩国)的发电机和起动机业务。
1999年10月	与Zexel公司就温控业务的合作达成协议。
1999年12月	收购SWF(德国)面向售后市场的雨刮器系统生产业务。
2000年	与日本市光工业(展开光系统业务)签订战略合作协议。
2005年	从江森自控收购发动机电子机器部门。
2005年	增购汽车光系统及车镜生产公司市光工业股份至28.2%。
2007年	向Leoni出售线束业务。
2011年	从RHJ International及日产收购Niles。
2011年	从英国的汽车技术开发公司Controlled Power Technologies (CPT)收购变矩控制系统(VTES)业务。
2012年	从奇瑞汽车旗下芜湖奇瑞科技收购芜湖罗比汽车照明系统80％的股份。公司名称改为芜湖法雷奥汽车照明系统。
	公司与V. Johnson Enterprises成立合资公司Detroit Thermal Systems (DTS)，收购Automotive Components Holdings (ACH) 的温控业务。对DTS的出资比例为V. Johnson Enterprises 51%、法雷奥49%。
	与开展业务合作的市光工业成立法雷奥市光控股有限公司。双方位于中国的大部分车灯生产子公司都并入该公司旗下。该中国统筹公司的出资比例为法雷奥85%、市光15%。
2013年	从欧司朗处收购北美合资公司Valeo Sylvania的股份，使其成为全资子公司。
	完成访问机制业务出售给U-Shin的手续。
