沿革

1946年	J.A.M Burgmanがオランダで創業。
1974年	サンルーフの生産開始。
1995年	ルーフ事業と金属製品事業の分割を決定。
1997年	ルーフ事業と金属製品事業、2つの会社への分割を完了。
2006年	中国の煙台に工場を開設。
2011年	スロバキア (2010年)、メキシコ (2011年) に工場を開設。
2011年	北京海納川汽車部件 (BHAP) が同社を買収。
2013年4月	中国の重慶および廊坊市に工場を開設。
2014年7月	ポーランドのWrzesniaに新工場を開設。
2014年11月	米国ジョージア州のCherokee郡に組立工場を新設。
2015年7月	中国・上海の嘉定 (Jiading) 区で新工場を開設。
2016年4月	オランダのVenrayに新本社を開設。
