Business Overview
-The Company is a manufacturer of vehicle roof systems, including sunroofs and open-roof systems, for OEMs.
-On July 29, 2011, the Company signed a stock transfer contract with Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. Under the terms of the agreement, Beijing Hainachuan purchased 100% of the Company’s shares, making the Company its wholly owned subsidiary.

1946 | Foundation by J.A.M Burgman, Inalfa started in the Netherlands. |
