沿革

2002年04月	Rea International Inc.を買収。
2002年06月	社名をRoyal Laser Tech CorporationからMartinrea International Inc.へ変更。
2002年12月	Pilot Industries Inc.を買収。
2005年02月	Corydon Manufacturing LLCを買収。
2006年05月	Depco International Inc.を買収。
2006年12月	ThyssenKrupp Budd Companyの北米における車体およびシャシー事業を買収。
2009年02月	SKD Automotive Groupが保有するミシガン州Jonesville工場とメキシコシティーの工場買収を完了。
2011年07月	Honsel AG (ドイツ) を買収し、Martinrea Honselを設立。
2018年11月	Martinrea Automotive Japan Inc.を設立。
2020年3月	Metalsaの乗用車用構造部品事業を取得。
2021年4月	グラフェンメーカーNanoXploreと合弁会社VoltaXploreを設立し、グラフェンを使用したEV用バッテリーを開発すると発表。
2023年2月	大型トラックの電動化とコネクティビティ技術の設計、製造、販売を行うEffenco Development Inc.を買収。
2023年3月	合弁会社VoltaXploreの株式50%をNanoXploreに売却。
2023年10月	メキシコのRamos Arizpeに8,500万ドルの工場を新設。
2024年1月	カナダのオンタリオ州DresdenのMartinrea Fabco Metallic工場を閉鎖。
