沿革

1958年	同社設立。
1974年	初の海外拠点であるチュニジア拠点が開業。
1976年	北米でワイヤーハーネスおよび内装部品の生産を開始。
1998年	ドイツのVilsbiburgに研究開発拠点「Draexlmaier Technology Center」を開設。
2004年	中国で電子部品および内装部品の生産を開始。
2007年	モルドバ拠点を開設。
2012年	中国の遼寧省本渓市に新工場を開設。
2012年07月	マケドニアのKavadarciに新工場を建設すると発表。
2013年09月	ドイツのLeipzigに新工場｢DMS Draexlmaier Modulsysteme GmbH｣を開設。
2018年04月	13.1百万ドルを投じてメキシコ6番目となる工場をGuanajuato州Valle de Santiagoに新設すると発表。
2020年10月	ドイツVilsbiburg本社の技術センター拡張を発表。
