公司历程

1916年10月	1905年，接手美国纽泽西州的某家公司，以Spicer Manufacturing Corp.在维吉尼亚州成立。
1946年07月	公司更名为Dana Corp.。
1995年11月	收购英国制造商吉凯恩旗下的3处欧洲车轴业务。
1997年02月	收购SPX Corporation下活塞环及汽缸套的全球业务部。
1998年01月	收购Eaton Corp.旗下General Automotive Specialty Co.的重型车桥及制动器业务部。
1999年	Industrias Serva S.A., Dana Heavy Axle Mexico S.A. de C.V.、Automotive Motion Technology Ltd.、 Echlin Charger Mfg. Co. Pty. Ltd.成为公司的全资子公司。

2010年	车架等主要车辆构造零部件业务出售给墨西哥Grupo Proeza旗下的Metalsa, S.A. de C.V.。
2015年1月	将委内瑞拉子公司C.A. Danaven 转让给当地独立企业 Manufacturing and Logistics Solutions Ltd. (MLS)。
2016年8月	2016年8月1日，公司名称从Dana Holding Corporation变更为Dana Incorporated。
2016年12月	收购巴西锻造/机械加工零部件供应商SIFCO的商用车用转向系统及相关锻造零部件业务的生产设备和资产。
