事業見通し
Vision 2025
-MSSLは第6次5カ年計画を開始した。この計画はMSSLにとって、組織全体を束ねて共通の目標に注力させるための重要なものである。Vision2025には、4つの主要目標が含まれる。1)2024-2025年度の売上高360億ドルおよびROCE(使用資本利益率)40%(連結)の達成。2)3CX10戦略: 国、顧客、部品の各要素において、売上高の10%を超過するものがないようにする。3)自動車部門での収益75%、新規部門の収益25%。4)連結利益の40%を配当金とする。
事業再編
-MSSLの取締役会は、2020年1月30日に開催された会議において、同社の国内ワイヤーハーネス事業分割し、新設された法人に再編することを原則として承認した。また、Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group B.V. (SMRP) をMotherson Sumi Systems Limited (MSSL) の100%傘下に組み込むことを原則承認した。
