公司历程

1916年11月	继承日本精工合资公司(1914年成立)的所有业务，以注册资本35万日元在东京都品川区成立日本精工股份公司。
1934年03月	在东京都大田区新建钢球工厂，次年3月在钢球工厂内另建球轴承工厂，改名为多摩川工厂。
1937年11月	在神奈川县藤泽市新建藤泽工厂。
1953年11月	在滋贺县大津市成立西日本精工股份公司。
1960年06月	在群马县前桥市成立北日本精工股份公司，车载转向系统工厂开始运作。
1962年12月	在美国新泽西州成立JAMCO公司。
1963年01月	在群马县高崎市成立NSK Trinton Ltd.。
1963年10月	在西德成立德国NSK公司。
1964年08月	与美国博格华纳合资成立NSK BorgWarner Inc.。
1966年05月	吸收合并西日本精工股份公司，改为大津工厂。
1967年11月	吸收合并北日本精工股份公司，成为前桥工厂。
1969年03月	藤泽工厂的钢球工厂独立。与天辻钢球制作所合作成立新日本钢球股份公司。
1969年09月	大津工厂的分工厂独立，成为石头工厂。
1999年02月	与NSK轴承 (泰国) 在泰国曼谷郊外成立合资公司NSK安全技术 (泰国)。
1999年07月	关闭多摩川工厂。
1999年08月	物流部门独立，在东京都品川区设立NSK Logistics Co., Ltd.。
1999年12月	通过股份转让，在东京都品川区设立NSK销售股份公司。
2000年02月	为了加强转向业务，使Nastec Ltd. (美国) 成为NSK Americas Ltd.的全资子公司，使Nastec Europe Ltd. (英国) 成为NSK-RHP Europe Ltd.的全资子公司。
2001年04月	车载半环形无级变速器获得日本机械学会奖。
2001年07月	福岛工厂独立，在东京都品川区设立NSK福岛股份公司。
2002年03月	在泰国成立NSK Bearing Manufacturing (泰国)。
2002年10月	精密机器相关业务部独立，在东京都品川区成立NSK Precision Co., Ltd.。
2003年07月	NSK Torrington成为子公司，改名为NSK Needle Bearing。
2004年05月	在中国江苏省成立常熟恩斯克轴承有限公司 (Changshu NSK Needle Bearing Co. Ltd.)。
2006年03月	天辻钢球制作所成为全资子公司。
2007年07月	中国江苏省的圆锥滚子轴承生产公司、苏州恩斯克轴承有限公司成为全资子公司。
2008年01月	在中国成立独立研发法人。
2008年01月	在中国江苏省成立轮毂锻造公司、恩斯克八木精密锻造 (张家港) 有限公司。
2008年02月	与ABC公司合资，在印度成立汽车轴承生产公司NSK-ABC Bearings Ltd.，开始生产。
2008年03月	与浙江万达汽车零部件有限公司 (万达) 合资，在中国杭州市成立杭州恩斯克万达电动转向系统有限公司。
2008年05月	与Rane的合资公司(Rane NSK Steering Systems Ltd.)下的工厂 (印度Haryana州) 开始生产动力转向系统。
2009年10月	中国江苏省昆山市的恩斯克 (中国) 研究开发有限公司的新办公楼竣工。
2009年10月	恩斯克投资有限公司也从上海市搬迁至昆山。
2010年07月	吸收合并全资子公司NSK福岛股份公司。
2010年08月	在中国辽宁省沈阳市成立工业机械轴承生产公司、沈阳恩斯克有限公司[Shenyang NSK Co., Ltd.]。
2010年09月	在东京都品川区成立股份公司东芝、车载转向系统开发公司和股份公司ADTeck。
2010年11月	取得与印度莱恩的合资公司——Rane NSK Steering Systems Ltd.半数以上的股份。
2011年07月	在中国安徽省合肥市成立汽车轴承及工业轴承的生产公司-合肥恩斯克有限公司[NSK Hefei Co., Ltd.]。
2011年07月	系统产品业务部单独成立公司，在东京品川区成立NSK技术株式会社。
2012年07月	日本精工株式会社吸收合并NSK Precision。
2013年03月	取得中国浙江省宁波市的轴承配套厂摩士集团股份有限公司的股份，成为权益法适用公司。
2013年04月	在墨西哥瓜纳华托州Silao市成立生产汽车轴承的公司NSK Bearing Manufacturing Mexico S.A. de C.V.。
2015年06月	NSK Technology Co., Ltd.的股份让渡给神奈川县横滨市的株式会社V-Technology。
2016年07月	吸收合并NSK Needle Bearing Co., Ltd.。
2017年02月	在韩国天安市设立天安工厂。
2018年12月	群马县高崎市的榛名工厂3号楼竣工。
2021年03月	收购英国Spectris公司的状态监测系统业务。
2023年04月	转向业务并入ADTech株式会社，公司名称变更为NSK Steering&Control株式会社。
2023年08月	NSK Steering&Control株式会社及其子公司改为权益法关联公司。
