公司历程

1991年	作为通用旗下的汽车配件部门“Automotive Components Group”成立。
1995年	更名为Delphi Automotive Systems。
1997年	Delco Electronics (通用)转移至Delphi。
1998年	作为通用的全资子公司，在美国特拉华州成立。
1999年01月	基于通用汽车重组部门及子公司，德尔福的业务部门从通用拆分独立。
1999年05月	从通用完全独立。
2002年03月	公司名从Delphi Automotive Systems Corporation更名为Delphi Corporation。
2003年11月	以约3,900万美元的价格收购德国Grundig Car InterMedia System GmbH。该公司生产车用音响设备、远程信息处理设备和其它汽车娱乐系统。

2006年08月	取消与芦森工业的安全带合资业务。
2007年10月	与北京汽车工业合作，在华成立生产安全带的合资公司。
2008年01月	纽约南部破产法院通过了共同再建计划的一次修正案。
2008年10月	提交针对再建计划一次修正案的再修正案。
2009年03月	通用对德尔福的资助从当初定下的3亿美元上升至4.5亿美元。
2009年10月	脱离联邦破产法第11条(Chapter11)适用范围，宣布完成公司业务重组。

2012年10月	从FCI集团收购汽车部门MVL。
2014年09月	收购北美最大的汽车玻璃连接器厂商Antaya Technologies。
2014年09月	收购生产媒体连接器产品的Unwired Technology。
2015年06月	以约6.6亿美元向马勒出售温控系统业务。
2015年07月	以3,200万美元收购自动驾驶系统软件开发公司Ottomatika, Inc.。
