The 16th China International Motor Show was held in Beijing from September 26 until October 5, 2020. The automotive industry is accelerating its efforts to achieve connected, self-driving, sharing and electrified products. Under such circumstances, the Chinese government continues to put forward policies to promote the development of the New Energy Vehicle (NEV) market, such as the NEV purchase subsidy policy, so that production and sales will return to normal as quickly as possible after the COVID-19 infection is settled. In June 2020, the Chinese government also announced a revised NEV credit policy to further accelerate the adoption of NEVs.

This report will focus on introducing the major models exhibited by the emerging NEV manufacturers.
