GM's Cruise threatened with fines over allegedly misleading California regulators
On December 1, a California Judge Robert Mason ordered Cruise to explain why it "should not be fined, penalized, and/or receive other regulatory sanctions for failing to provide complete information to the (California Public Utilities) Commission” following an incident involving a pedestrian in San Francisco.
