沿革

1999年1月	馬勒発動機零部件(営口)有限公司 [Mahle Engine Components (Yingkou) Co., Ltd.] 設立。
2004年7月	独 Mahle Filtersysteme GmbH 、Mahle グループの日本子会社「株式会社マーレテネックス[Mahle Tennex Corp.]」および「上海機動車両汽車配件有限公司濾清器廠[Shanghai Motor Vehicle & Auto Parts Co., Ltd. Filter Factory]」が3社合弁で「上海馬勒濾清系統有限責任公司 [MAHLE Shanghai Filter Systems Co., Ltd.]」を設立。
2004年12月	上海馬勒濾清系統有限責任公司 [MAHLE Shanghai Filter Systems Co., Ltd.] が操業開始。
2005年	Mahleが中国本部「馬勒技術投資(中国）有限公司[Mahle Technologies Holding (China) Co., Ltd.]」を上海市奉賢区に設立。
2006年4月	中国テクニカルセンターが開業。
2006年6月	上海馬勒濾清系統有限責任公司の新生産拠点「奉賢廠 [Fengxian Plant]」が生産開始。
2007年1月	中国湖北麻城に「马勒三环気門駆動(湖北)有限公司[MAHLE Tri-Ring Valve Train (Hubei) Co., Ltd.]」を開設。
2009年1月	「马勒軸瓦（営口）有限公司」が「马勒発動機零部件（営口）有限公司[Mahle Engine Components (Yingkou) Co., Ltd.]」に統合。
2013年5月	MahleはBWK GmbH Holding Company (BWK)が所持するBehrグループの全株式を取得、出資比率を36.85%から51.0%に引き上げた。
2014年	Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (BMTS)は、上海に全額出資子会社「博世馬勒渦輪増圧系統(上海)有限公司[Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.]」を設立。
2014年8月	MAHLE Behr と上海三電貝洱汽車空調有限公司の合弁会社「上海貝洱熱系統有限公司 [Shanghai Behr Thermal System Co., Ltd.]」が瀋陽に新工場を設立。
2015年6月	上海貝洱熱系統有限公司 [Shanghai Behr Thermal System Co., Ltd.] が成都に新工場を設立。
2017年5月	コンプレッサー工場を常熟で稼働開始。
2018年12月	江蘇省常熟ハイテク産業開発区に新しい研究開発センターを建設。
2021年4月	中国の常熟市にエレクトロニクス・メカトロニクス開発センターを新設。
