Tesla’s FSD faces new U.S. NHTSA probe of 2.4 million vehicles after four crashes
On October 18, the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said it has opened an investigation into whether Tesla’s partial-automation system known as Full Self-Driving is defective after four crashes, one of them involving a pedestrian who was killed in Rimrock, Arizona, in which FSD was engaged.....
