VinFast conducting study on launching EV plant in Thailand; in talks with Thai BOI
Reported on April 4, 2024, chief executive of Vinfast Auto Thailand revealed that it would export EVs to Thailand first, before considering plan to set up an EV assembly plant locally. Currently, VinFast is at the stage of conducting a study, and a final decision will be made by the parent company in Vietnam.
