沿革

1999年	Amnon Shashua教授とZiv Aviram氏がイスラエルで創業。
2001年	オランダに持株会社 Mobileye B.V. 設立。
2003年7月	Mobileye B.V. からオランダの有限責任会社 Mobileye N.V. に変更。
2014年8月	ニューヨーク証券取引所に上場。
2017年3月	IntelがMobileyeを153億ドルで買収することに合意したと発表。
2017年8月	IntelによるMobileye株式の公開買い付けが完了、84%の株式を取得。
2022年10月	米国NASDAQ市場に上場
