沿革

1978年09月	(株) 東洋化工[Tong Yang Chemical Co., Ltd.]を設立。
1984年12月	本社を釜山から慶尚南道の梁山 (Yangsan) に移転。
1988年02月	(株) 和承化学[HS Chemicals Co, Ltd.]に社名変更。
1988年11月	自動車用油圧ブレーキホースに関して(株) ニチリンと技術提携。
1991年02月	株式公開。
1991年04月	自動車用パワーステアリングホースに関して (株) ニチリンと技術提携。
1991年05月	R&Dセンターを設立。
1993年02月	自動車用エアコンホースに関して (株) ニチリンと技術提携。
1994年05月	ISO9001認証を取得。
1995年06月	忠清北道の清原 (Cheongwong) 工場が竣工。
1995年09月	(株) 和承空調[HS Climate Control Industries Co., Ltd.]の経営権を獲得。
1996年01月	(株) 和承空調の株式取得、完全子会社化。
1996年01月	(株) 和承素材の株式取得、完全子会社化。
1997年11月	インドにHSI Automotive Ltd.を設立。
1998年02月	(株) 和承R&Aに社名変更。
1998年12月	QS9000認証を取得。
2002年01月	中国に和承汽車配件 (太倉) 有限公司[Hecheng Vehicle Parts(Taicang) Co., Ltd.]を設立。
2003年03月	米国にHS Automotive Alabama Inc.を設立。
2003年07月	中国に北京和承R&A汽車配件有限公司[Beijing Hecheng R&A Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd.]を設立。
2004年05月	ISO/TS16949:2002認証を取得。
2004年12月	(株) ニチリンと包括的業務提携を締結。
2006年02月	ISO14001認証を取得。
2006年05月	中国に和承特殊橡膠 (太倉) 有限公司[Hwaseung Special Rubber (Taicang) Co., Ltd.]を設立。
2007年01月	米国にHwaseung Detroit Networks, Inc.を設立。
2007年04月	産業用ゴム製品事業を分離し、新会社Hwaseung Exwill Co., Ltd.を設立。
2008年12月	米国子会社のHS Automotive Alabama, Inc.」が「Hwaseung Detroit Networks, Inc.を吸収合併。
2009年12月	中国子会社の和承汽車配件 (太倉) 有限公司[Hecheng Vehicle Parts (Taicang) Co., Ltd.]が、同じく子会社の化映汽車配件 (太倉) 有限公司 [Hwa Young Vehicle Parts (Taicang) Co., Ltd.]を吸収合併。
2011年07月	鬼怒川ゴム工業 (日本) と業務提携。
2012年05月	トルコにHSTR Otomotiv. San Tic. Ltd. Stiを設立。
2013年03月	(株) 和承T&C[Hwaseung T&C Co., Ltd.]を完全子会社化。
2014年11月	メキシコにHwaseung Automotive Mexico, S. De R.L. De C.V.を設立。
2015年04月	米国法人を分割し、Hwaseung Automotive Alabama LLC.とHwaseung Automotive USA LLC.を設立。
2015年06月	ブラジルにHwaseung Automotive Industria De Borracha E Comercio Brasil Ltda.を設立。
2016年05月	中国に和承汽車配件 (重慶) 有限公司[Hecheng Vehicle Parts (Chongqing) Co., Ltd.]を設立。
2017年10月	中国に[Hwaseung Vehicle Parts (Jingshan) Co., Ltd.]を設立。
2017年10月	インドに[Hwaseung IA Automotives Private Limited]を設立。
2018年05月	ベトナムに[Hwaseung Vietnam Haiphong Automotive Co., Ltd.]を設立。
2021年2月	投資および非自動車部品事業を担当する存続法人Hwaseung Corporationと、自動車部品事業を担当する新設法人Hwaseung R&Aに分割。
