Oct. 1978	Tong Yang Chemical Co., Ltd. was established.
Dec. 1984	The Company moved its headquarters from Pusang to Yangsan.
Feb. 1988	The Company name was changed to HS Chemicals Co., Ltd.
Nov. 1988	The Company formed a technical alliance with Nichirin Co., Ltd. in the area of automotive hydraulic brake hoses.
Feb. 1991	The Company became a public-owned company.
Apr. 1991	The Company formed a technical alliance with Nichirin Co., Ltd. in the area of automotive power steering hoses.
May. 1991	The Company established its R&D center.
Feb. 1993	The Company formed a technical alliance with Nichirin Co., Ltd. in the area of automotive air conditioning hoses.
May. 1994	The Company acquired ISO9001 certification.
Jun. 1995	The Company completed construction of Cheongwong Plant in Chungcheongbuk-do.
Sep. 1995	The Company acquired a controlling interest of HS Climate Control Industries Co., Ltd.

Dec. 2008	HS Automotive Alabama, Inc. (the Company’s USA subsidiary) acquired and absorbed the operations of Hwaseung Detroit Networks, Inc.
Dec. 2009	Hwa Young Vehicle Parts (Taicang) Co., Ltd. in China was merged into Hecheng Vehicle Parts (Taicang) Co., Ltd., also a subsidiary of the Company.
Jul. 2011	The Company formed a business alliance with Kinugawa Rubber Industrial Co., Ltd. of Japan.
May 2012	The Company established HSTR Otomotiv. San Tic. Ltd. Sti in Turkey.
Mar. 2013	Acquired 100 percent of the equity in Hwaseung T&C Co., Ltd.
Nov. 2014	The Company established Hwaseung Automotive Mexico, S. De R.L. De C.V. in Mexico.
Apr. 2015	Split the US corporation into two entities, establishing Hwaseung Automotive Alabama LLC. and Hwaseung Automotive USA LLC.
Jun. 2015	The Company established Hwaseung Automotive Industria De Borracha E Comercio Brasil Ltda. in Brazil.
