沿革

1978年	Auto Parts Manufacturers Co. Sdn. Bhd.を設立。
1988年	Auto Parts Manufacturing Groupの売上高が100百万マレーシアリンギットを突破。
1994年	最初の海外企業との合弁会社を中国に設立。
1997年	年間売上高が500百万マレーシアリンギットを突破。
1999年	APM Automotive Holdings Berhadがクアラルンプール証券取引所に上場。
2002年	P.T. APM Armada Autopartsの工場をインドネシアのMagelangに設立。
	Hefei Winking Assets Co. Ltd. Chinaと合弁会社の設立契約を締結。
	Fuji Seats (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.の工場をスランゴール州Bukit Beruntungに設立。
2004年	APMがGM Holden(オーストラリア)からリーフスプリングおよび関連製品を受注。
2005年	ベトナムにスプリングの新工場を設立。
2011年	International Automotive Components (IAC)とマレーシアおよびタイに合弁会社を設立。
2012年	オーストラリア事業を売却。
2012年	インドネシアに子会社 P.T. APM Auto Components Indonesia を設立。
2013年	タイに子会社 APM Auto Components (Thailand) Ltd. (AACT) を設立。
2014年	マレーシアに子会社 APM Auto Safety Systems Sdn.Bhd. を設立。
2014年	オーストラリア McConnell Seats Australia Pty. Ltd. 社を買収。
2016年5月	IACG Holings保有のAPMIAC Automotive Systems(APMIAC)の払込資本金の40%を取得し、完全子会社化した。APMIACは自動車用内装プラスチック部品を製造している。
2016年12月	クラウドに車を接続するIoTテレマテックプラットフォームを開発したOmnmatics Sdn. Bhd.,の52%の株を取得した。
2019年5月	オランダ Enschedeにオフィスと倉庫を新設。
