History

Nov. 1936 Toyo Radiator Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established with capital of 500 thousand yen to manufacture and sell radiators for automobiles and other internal combustion engines, oil coolers, etc.
Jan. 1937 Started operations at the Kawasaki Plant.
Aug. 1940 Started operations at the Nagoya Plant.
May 1944 Company name was changed to Toyo Reikyakuki Co., Ltd.
Aug. 1951 Company name was changed to Toyo Radiator Co., Ltd.
Nov. 1959 Changed the names of the Kawasaki Plant and Nagoya Plant to Kawasaki Works and Nagoya Works, respectively.
Apr. 1960 Started operations at the Hatano Plant. Opened an R&D facility.
Oct. 1961 Listed on the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
