Summary
The JSAE Automotive Engineering Exposition 2023 was held at the Pacifico Yokohama exhibition and convention center for 3 days from May 24 (Wed.) to 26 (Fri.), 2023. According to the organizer, the Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan (JSAE), the exhibition hosted 499 companies with 1,115 booths and 63,810 visitors.
Under the slogan of "New decarbonization technologies for carbon neutrality and the recycling-oriented society of the future," the Yokohama venue featured the sub-theme, "Sustainable automotive components and resources for a recycling-oriented society!”
This report focuses on exhibits related to storage batteries, battery packs and modules, battery life extension and safety, recycling, etc., which are the core of electrification-related technologies.
