On February 19, GM announced a USD 265 million investment in its Fairfax Assembly Plant in Kansas City, Kansas for a second production line to build the first-ever Cadillac XT4, a crossover SUV set to be revealed officially prior to the New York Auto Show on March 27 at Cadillac House.
