1997年12月	PSA标致雪铁龙持股68%的子公司Ecia(1929年成立)收购了欧洲最大座椅供应商Bertrand Faure(1914年成立)。
1999年06月	Ecia与Bertrand Faure正式合并，改名为佛吉亚(Faurecia)。
2000年10月	收购Sommer Allibert。收购时受到PSA标致雪铁龙的财政支援，故其持有该公司71.5%的股份。
