沿革

1984年10月	GM (米国) と大宇グループ (韓国) の折半出資により設立。
1994年12月	ISO9001認証を取得。
1995年12月	鎮川 (Jincheon) 工場が竣工。
1996年11月	群山 (Gunsan) 工場が竣工。
1997年11月	QS9000認証を取得。
1998年05月	技術研究所を設立。
1998年08月	大宇電子 (株) の驪州 (Yeoju) 工場を買収、自動車電子制御システム事業に参入。
2000年01月	「韓国デルファイ (株)」に社名変更。
2003年04月	タイに「KDAC (Thailand) Co., Ltd.」を設立。
2004年08月	本社を大邱 (Daegu) 市に移転。
2005年09月	富平 (Bupyeong) 工場が竣工。
2007年09月	中国に「Changshu KDAC Co., Ltd.」を設立。
2014年12月	韓国に「eKdac」を設立。
2015年11月	会社名を「Korea Delphi Automotive Systems Corporation」から「erae Automotive Systems Co., Ltd.」に変更。
2016年8月	メキシコに「erae Automotive Systems Mexico, De. R. L. Dec. V」を設立。
2017年10月	2017年10月より、電装事業及びシャシー事業を新設会社「erae AMS株式会社」に継承。
2017年10月	同社社名を「erae Automotive Systems Co., Ltd.」から「ESTRA Automotive Systems Co., Ltd.」に変更。
2017年10月	中国江蘇省の「Changshu erae Co.,Ltd.」を「erae AMS株式会社」に売却。
2019年	ERAE (Thailand) Co., Ltd.が「ESTRA (Thailand) Co., Ltd.」に社名変更。
2019年	ERAE Automotive Rus LLCが「ESTRA Automotive Rus LLC」に社名変更。
2019年	ERAE Automotive Systems Mexico, De. R. L. Dec. Vが「ESTRA Automotive Systems Mexico, De. R. V」に社名変更。
