-In March 2016, the Company held a completion ceremony at OTICS HAZU Corporation Gamagoori Plant (Aichi Pref.), which produces cam housings and balancer assemblies.
-The Company built its OTICS R&D Center next to the home-office building in Nishio City, Aichi Pref., which started operating in June 2013.
Awards
-March 2016: P.T. OTICS Indonesia received the "Quality Award" from P.T. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia for the 14th consecutive year. In addition, it was presented the "Safety Award" for the first time.
-March 2016: OTICS USA, Inc. received the "Superior Quality Award" for 2014 from Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. It was the seventh time and the six straight year that it received this award from the automaker.
-In February 2016, the Company was awarded the "Superior VA Award" from Toyota, which is the second consecutive year.
-February 2015: the Company received the "Superior VA Award", the "Superior Quality Management Award", and the "Superior Cost Improvement Award" from Toyota.
-2015: the Company received the "Quality Award" from Isuzu.
-February 2014: the Company announced that it has received the "Excellent Quality Performance Award" from Toyota Motor Corporation for the 10th consecutive year. The Company has also been honored with the "Excellent TNGA Promotion Award" and the "Excellent Improvement in Cost Management Award."
-2014: the Company received the "Special Quality Performance Award" from Daihatsu Motor for the seventh consecutive year.
