- In December 2007, the Company won a contract from GM of the U.S.A. to supply five types of horns. Based on the award, the Company will provide 6 million horns over a period of five years to GM's plants in China, Korea, the U.S.A., Australia, and Brazil.
- In October 2007, Delphi decided to sell the entire 60 percent shareholding it had held in Shanghai Delphi Automotive Door Systems Co., Ltd. to Inteva Products, LLC, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Renco Group. Selling its shareholding is part of Delphi's project to transfer its interior system and closure system business to the Renco Group.
