Its other customers include major Chinese domestic OEMs such as SAIC GM, FAW Volkswagen, SAIC Volkswagen, Dongfeng Nissan, Jianghuai Automobile, Jiangling Motors, NAVECO, Changan Automobile, Chery Automobile, Shaanxi Automobile, Great Wall Motor and China National Heavy Duty Truck Group.

-Headquartered in Beijing, the Company has production sites in 10 provinces and cities in China and 3 regions outside China (Europe, North America, Asia Pacific region) and R&D centers in Europe, North America, and the Asia Pacific region.

History

Aug. 2007	Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. and Beijing State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to establish Beijing Automotive Parts Co., Ltd.
Oct. 2007	The Company and Jiangnan Mould & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. jointly established Beijing Beiqi Mould & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. to manufacture bumpers and other plastic components.
Dec. 2007	The Company and Lear jointly established Beijing BAI Lear Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. to manufacture electric and electronic components.
Jan. 2008	Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. was inaugurated to oversee auto parts business of the Beijing Automotive Industry Group.
Sep. 2008	Launched a construction project at the Beijing Daxing Caiyu Economic Development Area.
Oct. 2008	The Company and BorgWarner jointly established BorgWarner TorqTransfer Systems (Beijing) Co., Ltd. to produce transfer cases for 4WD vehicles.
Dec. 2008	The Company and Zhangjiagang Seoil New Model Automotive Fittings Co., Ltd. jointly established Beijing Seoil Haihua Automotive Fittings Co., Ltd. to produce adhesives and special seal products.
June. 2009	The Company and Tenneco signed a joint-venture contract.
Jan. 2010	The Company signed partnership projects with the Hubei Henglong Group; Shenzhen Hangsheng Electronic Co., Ltd.; the Nanjing Xiezhong Air-conditioning Group; and Shandong Xinghua Banhuang Co., Ltd.
May. 2010	Established Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. Automotive Module Systems Branch.
Sep. 2010	The Company launched a plant construction project in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province.
Sep. 2010	Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd., the Company's major shareholder, changed the corporate name to Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd.
Oct. 2010	Delphi sold the 51 percent of the shares it had held in Beijing Delphi Automotive Safety Products Co., Ltd. to Autoliv. The name of the joint-venture company was thereby changed to Autoliv (Beijing) Vehicle Safety Systems Co., Ltd.
Feb. 2011	The Company and Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd. jointly established Beijing Hainachuan Yanfeng Automotive Module Systems Co., Ltd. to manufacture cockpit modules.
Aug. 2011	Acquired Inalfa Roof Systems Group B.V.
Sep. 2012	Transfer the Company's share in Beijing Beiqi Yuandong Transmission Parts Co., Ltd.
Dec. 2012	The Beijing Automotive Group and Taian Qicheng Wheel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. signed an agreement regarding construction of a new plant to produce wheel hubs in Taishan, Taiaan City, Shandong Province.
2013	Hainachuan finished second phase construction in Zhuzhou Industrial Park.
Jul. 2014	Beijing Beiqi Mould & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd., a joint venture of the Company, announced that it reached agreement with Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co., Ltd. to acquire a bumper production line from Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology at CNY 35 million.
Oct. 2014	The Company and ZF Group held a ceremony to celebrate the establishment of Beiqi ZF Chassis Systems (Beijing) Co. Ltd., a joint venture to develop and produce chassis and axle systems for passenger vehicles
Nov. 2014	The Company and Germany-based Hella Group held a ceremony to celebrate the opening of their 50-50 joint venture, Beijing Hainachuan Hella Automotive Lamp Co., Ltd.
Dec. 2014	Inalfa Roof Systems Group B.V., a subsidiary of the Company, held a groundbreaking ceremony for its global headquarters in Venray, Netherlands
May. 2015	The new Shanghai Plant of Inalfa Roof Systems Group B.V., a subsidiary of the Company, began operations in Jiading, Shanghai.
