Business Overview
-The Company, a Chinese state-owned enterprise, is an automotive-parts manufacturer in the BAIC Group. Its main products include pistons, lightweight components, wheels, air-conditioners, shock absorbers, exhaust systems, and fuel tanks. It produces lightweight parts, powertrain parts, chassis assemblies, and heat-exchange systems for New Energy Vehicles and traditional vehicles.
-Chinese domestic customers include Weichai Power, FAW, Dongfeng Motor, SAIC Motor, Guangxi Yuchai, Dongfeng Cummins, Sinotruk, Foton Motor, JAC, Changan, GAC, Chery, Great Wall, BYD, Jiangling Motors, and Geely. Customers outside of China include Cummins, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz, Caterpillar, Chrysler, GE, Navistar, Deutz, MAN, Kohler, John Deere, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, and Yanmar.
-The Company also manufactures and sells air conditioners, plastic fuel tanks, shock absorbers and exhaust systems through joint ventures with auto parts manufacturers including Hanon Systems, Plastic Omnium Auto Inergy and Tenneco.
-The Company produces over 1,000 types of pistons, with diameters ranging from 30 to 400 millimeters. They are being supplied to industries using power machinery such as the automotive, shipbuilding, and construction-equipment industries.
-The Company has brands such as "Bohai" and "GANDERIM", etc.
