Sanoh Industrial completes acquisition of Geiger Automotive of Germany
Sanoh Industrial Co., Ltd. announced that it has converted Geiger Automotive GmbH, a Germany-based automotive plastic parts supplier, into its wholly-owned subsidiary, effective October 29, 2013.
