On August 11, Groupe IMETAL, a leading metallurgical and steel industries group, announced the successful transfer of ownership of the KIA Motors Algeria plant to its subsidiary, EPE FONDAL. The signing ceremony was held at the Directorate of State Domains in Batna, Algeria.
