Volkswagen’s PowerCo SE announces largest cell factory to date in Canada
On April 21, the Volkswagen Group announced it is pushing ahead with its ambitious EV strategy in North America.
Its battery company PowerCo SE aims to build its largest gigafactory to date in St. Thomas, Ontario with an annual production capacity of up to 90 GWh per year in the final expansion phase.
