Canada joins Mexico in dispute with U.S. on USMCA auto trade rules
On January 13, Canadian Trade Minister Mary Ng said her country intends to sign onto Mexico's complaint against the U.S. over its interpretation of rules of origin in the automotive industry, asking for a panel that would produce a report by the summer of 2022.
