J.D. Power 2018 Initial Quality Study shows quality up 4% from 2017, led by Hyundai Group
The J.D. Power 2018 Initial Quality Study (IQS) released on June 20 showed new-vehicle quality, measured by the number of problems experienced per 100 vehicles (PP100) during the first 90 days of ownership by 75,712 purchasers in the U.S. improved 4% from 2017 to its best level ever.
