Mahle Japan raises voting share of Kokusan Denki to 90.12 percent
Mahle Japan Ltd. announced that it has completed a tender offer bid (TOB) for common shares of Kokusan Denki Co., Ltd., which commenced on May 1, 2015 and ended on June 16, 2015.
