Halla Visteon Climate Control announced that Hahn & Co. Auto Holdings Co., Ltd. became its largest shareholder by acquiring a 50.5 percent share in the Company on June 9, 2015. Previously, majority shares were owned by Visteon International Holdings Inc. (From a press release on June 9, 2015)
