Asahi Tec to spin off iron casting business
Asahi Tec Corporation announced that it will spin off its Toyokawa Plant and Tokyo Sales Office to establish a new wholly-owned subsidiary, effective April 1, 2015. The new company will be engaged in manufacturing and selling iron alloy castings and fabricated products. (From a press release on February 24, 2015)
