THN to establish joint venture in China
THN announced that the company and Qingdao Chenggao Electronics Co., Ltd. (tentative name) of China will establish a joint venture to produce auto parts in China. The new company will be owned 51.0 percent by Qingdao Chenggao and 49.0 percent by THN. (From a press release on February 10, 2015)
