SeAH Besteel to acquire additional POSCO Specialty Steel shares
SeAH Besteel announced that it will acquire additional shares in POSCO Specialty Steel Co., Ltd. SeAH Besteel will purchase 8,620,690 shares for KRW 259,956 million, which will increase its shareholding in POSCO Specialty Steel to 76.3 percent from the current 52.3 percent.
