Hyundai Hysco to acquire Hyundai Rotem's technical center   [ Korea ]

Hyundai Hysco announced that it will acquire Hyundai Rotem Company's technical center located in Uiwang City, Gyeonggi-do, Korea. Hyundai Hysco will pay KRW 12,584 million for the center's building and land. Hyundai Rotem is a Hyundai Kia Group company. It produces railway vehicles and defense equipment.
