1995年06月	(株) 世正[Sejung Co., Ltd.]設立。
1996年05月	ISO9001認証を取得。
1997年12月	KOSDAQ市場に上場。
2000年04月	QS9000認証を取得。
2002年01月	自動車排気音低減装置に関する特許取得。
2002年07月	中国に「塩城世鐘汽車配件有限公司」[Yancheng Sejong Auto Parts Co., Ltd.] を設立。
2002年09月	韓国証券取引所に上場。
2002年10月	中国に「北京世鐘汽車配件有限公司」[Beijing Sejong Auto Parts Co., Ltd.]を設立。
2003年06月	米国に「Sejong America, Inc」を設立。
2003年06月	ArvinMeritorとの合弁で、米国アラバマ州に「ArvinMeritor Sejong」を設立。
2004年01月	ISO/TS16949認証を取得。
2004年11月	ISO14001認証を取得。
2006年08月	全羅北道に井邑 (Jeongup) 工場 [Enetech Co., Ltd.] を設立。
2006年10月	チェコに「Sejong Czech s.r.o」を設立。
2006年12月	スロバキアに「Sejong Slovakia s.r.o」を設立。
2007年03月	ArvinMeritor Sejongを完全子会社化し、社名を「Sejong Alabama LLC」へ変更。
2008年07月	ロシアに「Sejong Rus LLC」を設立。
2009年03月	蔚山 (Ulsan) 市に本社第3工場が竣工。
2011年04月	中国に太倉世鐘汽車配件有限公司[Taicang Sejong Auto Parts Co., Ltd.]を設立。
2012年04月	中国に世鐘 (中国) 汽車配件技術研発有限公司[Sejong (China) Auto Parts Technology R&D Co., Ltd.]を設立。
2013年07月	中国に四川世鐘汽車配件有限公司[Sichuan Sejong Auto Parts Co., Ltd.]を設立。
2013年07月	中国の重慶秦川実業集団 (Chongqing Qinchuan Industry Group) との合弁で、重慶市に重慶秦川世鐘汽車配件有限公司[Chongqing Qinchuan Sejong Auto Parts Co. Ltd.]を設立。
2013年12月	中国に上海SJG汽車研発有限公司[Shanghai SJG R&D Center] を設立。
2014年04月	Asentec Co., Ltd.を完全子会社化。
2014年11月	メキシコにSejong Mexico LLCを設立。
2015年07月	中国に重慶世鐘汽車配件有限公司[Chongqing Sejong Auto Parts Co. Ltd.]を設立。
2017年09月	中国に鄭州世鐘汽車配件有限公司[Zhengzhou Sejong Auto Parts Co., Ltd.]を設立。
