| 1950's | The Antolin family founded a workshop in the town of Burgos that specialized in brakes and steering. |
| 1959 | Launched the firm ANSA, dedicated to the production of vehicle steering joints and suspension units. |
| 1967 | Established firms dedicated to the production of seats, door panels, headlinings, and mechanical devices. |
| 1985 | Grupo Antolin was launched and consolidated companies. |

| Jan. 1998 | Sold a 50% share in its pressed metal assembly business, Irametal to focus on interiors. |
| Dec. 1999 | Grupo Antolin-Vosges SAS in France acquired Meritor's sun-visor operation in Rupt-sur-Moselle (France). |
