At the launch event, the global model Sealion 07 EV, the first EV equipped with the e-Platform 3.0 Evo electric drive platform, was also released for sale.

With the launch of its e-Platform 3.0 technology for electric drive platforms in 2021, BYD has completed its transformation from single product combinations to modular technology, entering a new phase of system innovation. As of May 2024, sales of models equipped with this platform exceeded 3.9 million units.
