  Tata Motors has announced a number of focused action plans including Turnaround 2.0 for Tata Motors Ltd (TML) and Project Charge+ and Project Accelerate for Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) that are aimed at improving its operational and financial performance and the turnaround of its business. Tata’s strategy is focused on delivering a positive free cash flow and generating cost savings and profitability improvements through the implementation of strategic programs.
