公司历程

1974年	在美国密歇根州成立防火产品(光电及烟雾探测器)制造公司。
1976年03月	收购Gentex Company。
1982年	研发全球首款电子机械式(带电机)后视镜。
1986年08月	收购Vangnard Glass Fabricators, Inc.。
1994年10月	在德国Neckarsulm成立Gentex GmbH。
1999年09月	与江森自控签下协议，将其HomeLink搭载在镜泰的后视镜上。
1999年12月	在英国成立营销点。
2000年05月	在法国设立营销点。
2013年	收购江森自控的HomeLink业务。
2020年04月	收购纳米纤维传感器制造商Vaporsens, Inc.。
