1985年	成立Rieter Holding Ltd.，在苏黎世证券交易所上市。
1987年	收购德国Ingelstadt的纺织机供应商Schubert & Salzer GmbH。
1992年	收购德国Grssostheim的合成纤维机器供应商Automatik-Apparate-Maschinenbau GmbH。
1994年	收购英国Heckmondwike的汽车地毯供应商Firth Furnishings Ltd.。
1995年	Unikeller部门更名为Pieter Automotive Systems。
1996年	收购意大利Turin的汽车零部件供应商Fimit。
1996年09月	与美国地毯供应商Magee对半出资在宾夕法尼亚州Bloomsburg成立合资公司。
1997年07月	收购巴西企业Ello S.A.。总部在Sao Bernardo do Campo的2个内饰部件工厂拥有员工600人。

2001年08月	与Durmont公司合作，主要向欧洲市场提供最高级车毯。Durmont为澳大利亚Hartberg的地毯产品供应商。
2003年01月	Rieter对汽车零部件供应商Saifa-Keller S.A.的持股比例达到50%。其余50%继续由创业者持有。该公司从1975年起成为合资公司伙伴。
2006年	收购Rieter Automotive India (原Unileller India)。
2006年	Saifa-Keller S.A.的持股比例达100%。
2008年	在中国上海开设研发及声学中心。
2011年04月	Rieter Group下的汽车系统业务独立，成立Autoneum Holding Ltd. 。
2013年	将意大利子公司Autoneum Italy S.p.A.出售给mutares AG。
2014年	在韩国成立合资公司Autoneum Korea Ltd.。
2016年02月	与日本特殊涂料的美国合资公司UGN出售了位于伊利诺伊州Chicago Heights的业务。出售方是民间投资公司Angeles Equity Partners的相关公司。
2016年06月	在美国南卡罗来纳州的Aiken基地开始新建汽车零部件工厂。投资额约为3,500万美元。
2016年08月	在墨西哥San Luis Potosi新建工厂，成为该公司在墨西哥的第3家工厂。
2016年12月	在中国烟台成立轻型隔音和热管理零部件的生产工厂。是中国的第7家生产工厂。
2017年01月	在加利福尼亚州Sunnyvale开设新移动出行的能力中心。进行声音和热系统产品的战略立案和开发。
2017年10月	在中国设立4家工厂，大幅扩大了产能。山东烟台的新工厂已投产前围挡板零部件和地毯系统。将每年为中国车企约25万辆汽车供应产品。
2018年05月	在匈牙利Komarom设立轻质NVH零部件工厂。
2018年09月	分别在中国平湖市(浙江省)和沈阳市(辽宁省)设立面向欧洲、美国和中国市场的车底系统工厂。
2023年01月	以1.17亿欧元的企业价值达成博格集团汽车业务的收购协议。
2023年04月	完成收购Borgers的汽车业务。
